Prime Minister’s Youth Business Loan Scheme Forms Available

Prime Minister’s Youth Business Loans is a good and largest scheme for youth to start their business in Pakistan.  It will focus on unemployed youth, especially educated youth looking for establishing or extending business enterprises. PMLN is good government in Punjab, Pakistan in favor of all new talent of Pakistan. Many new schemes started by the Punjab Government for the youth, so they can live their life easily. Eligibility Criteria

  • Must CNIC holder.
  • Age between 21 to 45.
  • Entrepreneurial potential.
  • Applicant may apply for loans under this scheme only from the designated branch mapped with his/her area of residence or business.

In Pakistan Islamic rules follows, so Punjab government also focus on women and 50% quota of women available.

Security Requirements

One Up to 03 Guarantors having cumulative income equal to 1.5 of the amount applied for under the scheme Personal (Blood relations can also give guarantee for a borrower).
Notice: A government servant of BPS-16 and above can also act as a guarantee.

Up to Rs. 20 lacs loan will be given by PMLN and this loan will be given for all youth in Pakistan. 6% fixed for borrower but government will pay the difference of the cost at KIBOR+500 bps. For the time being, there will be no limit on the maximum number of loans for any sector. Placement of ceilings can be considered subsequently keeping in view the importance of sectors and applications received for various sectors.
